What other players can see

Discoverable profiles show a profile picture, display name, general area, approximate distance, skill level and rating system, dominant hand, biography, play and format preferences, availability overlap, preferred court areas, any published videos, and a reliability summary.

What is never shown publicly

• Exact coordinates or home address
• Email address or phone number
• Full birth date
• Private videos and storage paths
• Private account information

Approximate location

RallyMatch stores an approximate location privately and shows other players only an approximate distance and a general area label. Precise coordinates are never returned to other players.

Messages, reports, and moderation

Messages are readable by the participants of a conversation. Report details and free-form safety explanations are visible only to moderators, and only in connection with an authorized report or investigation.

Consent records

RallyMatch stores the timestamp and policy version for your agreement to these terms, your privacy acknowledgment, and your age confirmation. Marketing messages are optional and never required.

Analytics

Product events such as registration, onboarding completion, and session scheduling may be recorded. RallyMatch does not send message content, exact coordinates, private video URLs, storage paths, email addresses, phone numbers, or report descriptions to analytics.
