RallyMatch connects adult tennis players. You decide who you play with, when, and where. Use this guidance every time you arrange a tennis session.
Before your first tennis session
- Meet at public courts.
- Tell someone where you are going and when you expect to be back.
- Keep early communication inside RallyMatch.
- Do not share your home address.
- Confirm the court, date, and time in the app before you travel.
If something feels wrong
- Block or report concerning behavior from any profile, match, or conversation.
- Leave situations that feel unsafe.
- Contact emergency services directly during emergencies.
RallyMatch does not provide emergency response and cannot intervene in person. Reports are reviewed by moderators, which takes time.
What RallyMatch does and does not verify
RallyMatch does not verify a player's identity, stated skill level, conduct, reliability, or safety. Reliability information is based only on sessions confirmed inside the app and is not a guarantee of future behavior.
Your location stays approximate
RallyMatch never asks for or displays your home address. Other players see an approximate distance and a general area label only.
